Art Classes - Term 2 - Creative Kid's Art Lab - 2023
Art classes & after-school care for children who like to make, create and invent. Located in Raumati, Paraparaumu - Kāpiti.
For ages 5-13 on Tues, Wed and Thurs. The kid's art classes are from 3.30 - 5pm, however children can arrive from 3pm onwards. There is a late-stay option until 6.30pm.
The classes provide an opportunity to play and experiment in a structured but caring, home-studio environment. Activities are designed and supervised by an experienced primary school teacher and artist.
To meet the needs of active and curious children after school we explore a variety of crafts such as sewing, crochet, pottery, felting, weaving, jewellery and woodwork; and the art forms: painting, drawing, sculpting and printmaking.
Rebel Business School
Over ten days, Rebel Business School delivers twenty workshops designed to equip participants with the tools they need to start their own business. Topics include building a website for free, the quickest way to find a customer and how to start a business with no money. The course does away with traditional thinking by replacing business plans with actionable, no-cost steps.
The course is free to participants who need only to commit to the ten days of the course. Sessions run 9:30am - 2:30pm daily. Preference given to those that live or work in the Kapiti region or Horowhenua region.
