Festival of Pots and Garden Art 2023
The next Festival of Pots & Garden Art will be held 20-25 January of 2023. Don't miss this opportunity to immerse yourself in this collective exhibition of pottery and garden art.
Set in an expansive garden setting in Ōtaki, the Festival features many forms of pottery and ceramics, from domestic wares to large sculptural pieces, alongside framed art works and works in wood, stone and steel.
In addition, a full programme of artist demonstrations runs each day of the Festival.
Guest artists for the 2023 Festival include
- Lee Robinson, from Otaki paints in a detailed realistic style.
Her exhibition a couple of years ago in the Otaki Museum building was very well received. - Guest potter Maria Brockhill hails from New Plymouth.
Maria makes large sculptural pieces, decorative and brightly glazed. - Bruce Winter is a sculptor working in mixed media producing large outdoor sculptures.
Hosted by Anam Cara at 150 Rangiuru Road, Ōtaki, offers both indoor and outdoor exhibition space for guests to enjoy the creations and work of artists from around the region.
