Paraparaumu played host to the world's number one golfer Tiger Woods during the New Zealand Open in 2002. The course has held the national competition 12 times, more than any other in the country.
Designed by famed golf architect Alex Russell, the course has been ranked as one of the best in the world.
Kapiti is a challenging 9 hole course set in a pleasant valley to the east of Paraparaumu. It's easy walking with picturesque views. Reasonable green fees, new clubhouse facilities, fully licensed bar and catering and a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Bookings for tee times recommended.
Waikanae is an 18 hole course just 50 minutes drive from Wellington. The course has hosted several national events including qualifying for the New Zealand Open.
Otaki is an easy walking 18 hole course. A very affordable course, the club welcomes visiting groups and casual players. The club is the oldest on the Kāpiti Coast, established in 1901.
